Filing a DMCA Notice

Our Response Process
- Valid DMCA notice receive hone ke 48 ghante ke andar review.
- Valid hone par content 24 ghante ke andar remove ya disable.
- Original poster ko notification.
- Repeat infringers ke accounts terminate kiye jaayenge.
Counter-Notice
Agar aapka content galti se remove hua hai, aap counter-notice file kar sakte hain. Counter-notice me apna contact info, removed content ka URL, aur good-faith statement include karein ki removal galat tha.
False Claims
Galat ya bad-faith DMCA claims file karne par legal action ho sakta hai. Kripya sirf genuine copyright infringement ke liye hi notice file karein.
